- What is Corven OS?
- Corven OS is an operating system for ecommerce businesses. It brings inventory, orders, suppliers, finance, analytics, automation, and AI-assisted decisions into a single workspace instead of a stack of disconnected tools.
- Who is it for?
- Amazon sellers who have outgrown spreadsheets — typically operators running real order volume with a small team, who need one reliable view of inventory and cash.
- Is it only for Amazon?
- Amazon is the focus of the private beta. The platform is built on a multi-marketplace foundation, and Walmart, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce are planned. None of those are available today.
- Is the Amazon integration live?
- Not yet. The Amazon connection flow, sync engine, and mapping layer are built and run against mock providers. Live Amazon SP-API data requires Amazon production approval, which is still pending.
- What is the AI COO?
- A deterministic analysis layer that reads your workspace data every day, scores business health from 0 to 100, ranks the issues that matter, and explains the inputs behind each recommendation.
- Does the AI make changes automatically?
- No. The AI COO is decision support. It surfaces, prioritizes, and explains — you decide and approve. Automations only run rules you have created and enabled yourself.
- Can I invite my team?
- Yes. Workspaces support invitations with role-based permissions so each person sees and changes only what their role allows.
- Is my seller data secure?
- Data is isolated per workspace and enforced at the database layer, access is role-based, privileged actions are recorded in an immutable audit log, and marketplace credentials are encrypted and never sent to the browser. See the security page for the full list of implemented controls.
- Can I cancel?
- The private beta has no contract and no payment. When paid plans launch, published terms will apply and you will be told before anything changes.
- Is there a free trial?
- There is no paid plan yet, so there is nothing to trial. Beta participants use the product at no cost during the beta period.
- How do I join the beta?
- Submit the beta application form. It asks about your business size, tools, and biggest operational challenge — never passwords, Seller Central credentials, or API keys.
- Which marketplaces are planned?
- Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce are on the roadmap after Amazon. No timeline is committed.
- Does Corven OS replace QuickBooks?
- No. Corven OS gives you operational financial visibility — cash position, payouts, categorized transactions, and margin. It is not an accounting ledger and is not a substitute for your accountant or bookkeeping software.
- Does Corven OS replace a repricer?
- No. Corven OS does not reprice listings. It focuses on operations, inventory, finance, and decision support, and is designed to sit alongside whatever repricing tool you already use.
